This £34million, 10 storey office development provides large floor plates of up to 20,000 sq ft, giving a total of 180,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation and 60 car spaces. The building is located in the heart of Glasgow's International Financial Services District. Anderson Floor Warming designed, supplied and installed underfloor heating in the full height entrance area, including non standard thickness 235mm insulation specially manufactured and cut to accommodate the steelwork, as well as the self levelling high flow screed, unbonded to minimise movement joints in the granite flooring and accommodate levels. |
