Glenteviot Park Hotel is set in a 5-acre, private estate of mature woodland and gardens. Anderson Floor Warming provided full mechanical services design and installation. The system comprised of underfloor heating to the screeded ground floor and principle apartments, with manifold radiator system to the guest bedrooms to achieve a quicker response for intermittent use. Anderson Floor Warming also provided the boiler plant, hot & cold water services equipment and all advanced manifold Pex plumbing pipework.
