Speculative office scheme, designed by Page & Park, that will extend to circa 16,729 sq m (180,000 sq ft) at South Gyle , Edinburgh. The scheme focuses on a central square, which will act as a communal hub for employees and visitors to the offices. In addition, approximately 465 sq m (5000 sq m) of retail space will serve both the development and the neighbouring area. Underfloor heating was installed in the large open plan atrium communal hub central square areas.
