This new three-storey building will provide a modern, flexible, spacious and practical centre with a strong iconic civic presence, bringing together three GP Practices, a district nurse, health centre clinic and community dental service and Social Work, Learning Disability Service, Speech Therapy, Audiology, Podiatry and Physiotherapy Services under one roof, and providing a full range of services to meet the healthcare challenges of the 21st century.

Anderson Floor Warming have designed, supplied and installed over 46,000sqft of underfloor heating to all areas, using the pipe in staple system, powered by Biomass boilers.  Anderson Floor Warming also supplied and installed the floor insulation.
