Within the proposed over all master plan framework for the university of Glasgow, the new medical school has a prominent setting at the apex of the triangular “ gushett ” site. The triangular atrium court heated with underfloor heating, reconciles the imposed conflicting geometries, forming the physical and social core of the new facility. Our pipe in rail system with a semi dry screed was used as the rail system enabled use of higher compressive strength insulation to permit cherry picker access.
