Store Conversion and Holiday Cottages - Foreland, Ballantrae |
3 new houses including a store conversion and 2 new build holiday cottages in Foreland, Ballantrae. Each building has underfloor heating to the ground floor using the pipe in staple system in a screeded floor. The store conversion and one of the holiday cottages has a mixed system using radiators to heat the first floors.
These systems are heated using two 8.5kW Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pumps for the store and the smaller cottage and a 14kW Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump for the larger 2 storey cottage
