MECHANICAL DESIGN ESTIMATOR
We are seeking a Design Estimator/Engineer to tender for and secure a variety of Mechanical Projects. This will include tendering against project briefs and once secured, developing the design ready for Contract Installation.
You should be familiar with a computerised estimating package, AutoCad and Microsoft Office and a knowledge of Hevacomp or similar software would be advantageous as well as other systems and have knowledge of current regulations relating to Ventilation, Heating, Gas and other Mechanical Installations.
Requires a minimum of an HNC in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent and familiarity with BREEAM would be helpful.
