Strathleven House is a Grade A Palladian mansion dating from the early 18th century. It is situated in mature landscaped grounds within the boundaries of the Vale of Leven Industrial Estate, Dumbarton.
The house fell into disrepair after the 2nd World War but was fully renovated by its current owners the Scottish Historic Buildings Trust between 1995 and 2001. It is now managed by EDET as a business centre aimed at SMEs with a total net lettable area of 6003 sq ft of office and meeting/training space. Underfloor heating was utilised throughout the entire building, as it is visually unobtrusive in a sensitive heritage environment.
