This new build house in Newton Mearns is fitted with an underfloor heating system on the ground and first floor supplied by a Mitsubishi Ecodan 14kW air source heat pump installed by Anderson Floor Warming And Renewables.
Closeburn Housing Development
A housing development at Closeburn including a total of 22 properties using 4 different house types. Anderson Floor Warming And Renewables installed ventilation systems using the Nibe ‘Fighter’ 370 exhaust air heat pumpin each property. The single largest house type also has a Nibe ‘Fighter’ 2020 air source heat pump.
The heat pumps provide hot water to the houses where we have also installed the hot and cold plumbing and radiators.
